I complained but was never refunded the money because everyone I spoke to claimed that a different department was responsible. More than once they have taken out more money than I authorized and then took days longer than I was told to refund the money.

Too long to explain on Most concerning is that they say they cannot give me a transcript of the telephone call when the person called in to place the travel plan on the credit card, nor can they tell me what documentation they required from the caller to allow the plan to be placed on the account, but that it was probably something like mother's maiden name, last deposit, etc.
